Italy - students preparing Easter gifts

Regional singing competition

On the 16th of May some of the Austrian students participated in a regional singing competition. After they had already got excellent results in the local competition they got the invitation for the regional one. About 100 choirs from all over the country joined this event and were selected and  judged according to certain criteria by a group of experts.
After the arrival in the south of Styria the students warmed up their voices and got ready for the competition. Then they directly got on to stage where they presented together with their theacher Mag. Doris Wölfer and they did an excellent performance. 
The students also listened to other performances and really enjoyed the competition. In the afternoon there was an official ceremony in which students got certificates for paticipating in this competition.
