St. Nicholas‘ Day

On the 6th of December Austrians remember St. Nicholas, who helped people in need. Some students from the 6th and 7th grade got dressed as St. Nicholas and visited students from lower grades. During their visit the older students explained the reasons for this cultural tradition to their fellow students. The older students also presented the legend of St. Nicholas and they distributed sweets, nuts and oranges. This activity also connected older students and younger students.
